Business: Lean Organisation Management Techniques Level 2 (FBMS)

This qualification is designed for:

•Learners working in a business improvement role who wish to assess their knowledge and understanding through a formal certification route

•Learners new to business improvement who need to confirm practical understanding and application of skills

•Those involved in a business, at all levels, who require a fundamental understanding of business improvement practices.

This course covers the following areas:

•Lean organisation techniques in business.

•Business improvement tools and techniques.

•How to work effectively in a business team.

You will create a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates your understanding of each unit. Your portfolio may include observations, completing written assignments or reports, witness testimonies or professional discussions.

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however, an interest in lean management techniques is desirable.

On successful completion of the programme you can progress onto a Team Leader or Management course.
