Cake Decorating for Beginners Part-time (FCAH)

Have you been inspired by the delicious creations on The Great British Bake Off? Why not try your hand at cake decorating. Our classes teach you the skills needed to create custom-designed cakes for weddings, holidays and everyday celebrations.

The course provides an introduction to the world of sugarcraft. On this course you will be covering:

•Royal icing

•Sugarcraft and cake decoration techniques

You will also learn about various modern sugarcraft techniques; including:

•Swags

•Garrett frills

•Crimping

•Embossing

Although there is no formal qualification at the end of the course you should have the confidence to produce beautifully decorated cakes!

There are no entry requirements, just an interest in cake decorating.
