There are no formal exams on the BTEC Higher National Diploma course. Most modules will be assessed by coursework. Assessment methods are assignment based and may include practical projects including presentations, group activities, written reports or research projects. Some modules may be assessed externally.

The academic requirement may be offset by three years recent and substantial relevant industrial experience

This qualification may enable you to progress to a top up degree in a related subject area, undertake an apprenticeship or seek employment in the travel, tourism and events professions.
