Course Summary

This Level 4 Certificate in salon management is an advanced qualification that is specifically designed for existing or aspiring salon managers.

This qualification is a vocationally related qualification that will prepare you to gain employment as a salon manager.

It will also allow you to develop both management and technical skills required for the role of a hair and beauty salon manager. You will either need to be in a salon or willing to attend extra time to carry out the salon management role within college

You must be 18 years and older

Have a level 3 in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Nails or Make-up

GCSE English and Maths grade 4-9 ( C or above) or equivalent

Stationery equipment/ Professional wear during practical

The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Salon Management is a vocationally related qualification that will prepare you to gain employment as a salon manager. You may also wish to extend you Leadership and management skills further and move onto a HNC/HND or other higher education department.
