Course Summary
A Traineeship is a training programme designed to prepare you for your future career, helping you to get ready for the world of work and improve your chances of getting an Apprenticeship or other job. The Qube Traineeship Team (QTT) can help you every step of the way. Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people who are motivated to get a job but may lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for. If you have been unsuccessful when applying for Apprenticeships or jobs, then a Traineeship might be for you.
Your programme will last 6 - 8 weeks and involve a work placement with a local employer.
Although work placements are unpaid, employers are encouraged to support expenses such as transport. Depending on your circumstances you may be able to access financial support through the 16-19 Bursary Fund. All training costs are funded by the government.
